The office has proudly been located at 3413 N. Paulina since the year 1945, serving as a cornerstone for the community and the real estate industry. John Haderlein, the visionary founder, established the company in 1919 after returning from active military duty in France during World War I. Initially, John worked as a broker until 1949, when he took on the esteemed role of Postmaster of Chicago. Following this significant change, John's son Donald assumed his responsibilities as managing partner of the firm in 1949. Donald played a crucial role in expanding the company, successfully adding 30 agents to the team and opening a new branch office on Milwaukee Avenue in the Gladstone Park area. Together with his wife Dolores, Don trained hundreds of highly successful brokers, shaping the landscape of real estate in the Chicago area. Today, Jerry Haderlein serves as the designated managing broker and principal owner, carrying on the legacy of excellence that his family has built over the generations.
